Aasha Social Development Organization, Satara is nonprofit making Organization, registered under Societies Registration act 1860. Vide registration no. MH/ 15768/Satara.
“Aasha” is newly started recognized as one of the nonprofit making Organizations. The organization has taken the major part for implementing the Government policies for the support and development of rural area through people's involvement. “Aasha” ngo is working in Satara District of Maharashtra State with the objective of making them self reliant.
We insist on clean, green and self reliant villages, Eradication of literacy, supply of clean drinking water, forestation, Agriculture with Modern Methods, Good health and Family Planning, and Creating Local Employment Opportunities with the involvement of people.
We are on the path of reducing the incidence of poverty, create accessibility to various Govt. interventions, ensuring the local knowledge, wisdom of local communities are preserved and protected and their food security is sustained.
