Started with a small unit in 2001, Himalayan Yoga Publications Trust was known as SRSG Publications and later AHYMSIN Publishers. The prime purpose of establishing Himalayan Yoga Publications Trust was to spread the teachings of Himalayan Yoga Tradition through printed, audio and other study materials. New titles and re-prints are published.
With the saturation of Yoga and Meditation materials on the market these days, we find it even more important to offer authentic and comprehensive methods passed down from the ancient Himalayan Tradition, passed from master to disciple.

Swami Rama and Swami Veda Bharati taught yoga meditation from a scientific approach which has been repeated and enjoyed by students and practitioners all over the world.
