AICE team comprises of Retd. Govt. Officers, Computer Engineers & Professionals, Management Professionals, Social Workers, etc. All of them have a similar dream to spread literacy to all class of the people.We are passionate about empowering the disadvantaged sections of the society with Skilling Opportunities and creating a roadmap for inclusive and sustainable growth.We provide skill development programs in various sectors, ensuring that the skills imparted are marketable and industry relevant. The programs are job oriented or entrepreneurship related, ensuring creation of sustainable livelihoods that impact communities.

OUR FOCUS

Our Skill development programs cater to various strata. Though our predominant focus is on individuals from poor economic backgrounds who have no access to the Skill Development Ecosystem, because of which they have no job opportunities. Our focus groups can be further classified into the following

Semi Skilled workers
Prior skills exist but not certified
Illiterate
School and College Drop outs
Up skilling
