PGDM is a two year full time residential program approved by AICTE with an emphasis on developing the candidate's ability to translate theory into practice. It aims at promoting an inquiring & analytical mind, which proactively seeks the right knowledge, acquires the appropriate skills and promotes the right attitude to develop capabilities needed to manage enterprises in the 21st century.

Interactive skills of effective communication, conflict management, negotiation and mobilizing individuals towards common goals are some of the essential ingredients of the effective management. the institute hones these skills of its students for making them effective leaders and team persons in organizations. Emphasis is laid on practical project work as a part of regular courses. while working on projects, students are required to interact with managers from the industry.
