About Artkaari: An initiative to encourage Madhubani artisans, residing in rural interiors of Bihar, by showcasing their finest creation of Mithila Paintings to the outside world.

Our product range includes a wide variety of hand painted Madhubani art including sarees, suit, bed sheet and stole. Our exquisite collection is one of the masterpiece to flaunt at every party, event and wedding. It's not just unique art but something, which you would like to preserve for ages. The painting is so subtle, made with such dedication and care that on an average, one saree would easily take more than a month to be ready.

You can place your order for our exclusive products through these simple steps:

1. If you wish to buy any product, please comment on the relevant pic of the product mentioning your email id or email us the product code or link of the product pic at artkaari@gmail.com.

2. We will email you our bank details and would ask for your contact details and shipping address.

3. Once the billed amount is transferred in our account, we will immediately ship/courier your order, and would give you the tracking details. Usually our product reaches in seven to nine business days. For any further queries you can contact us at artkaari@gmail.com

Courier Rates:-
1. For bills under Rs.1000 : Rs.100 for all over India
2. For bills above Rs.1000 : Delivery cost is on us!
3. For international orders : Delivery on actuals!

Return Policy:

If you have received our item in a damaged or defective condition , you may return our product within 15 days but please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. You would need to self-ship the return item and you will be reimbursed Rs 100 towards your shipping cost along with the entire amount paid by you will be transferred to your account.

Please retain the shipping receipt and give us the tracking details so as to enable us to track the delivery of your return to us. Once we have received the product and have reviewed it, your full amount will be transferred to your account.
