About Roha Landscape Architecture and Planning in C 536 Defence Colony, New Delhi

ROHA is a landscape architecture service consultancy based in New Delhi, India. In 2014, its principal owner Aditya Advani was presented an Award of Excellence and a Certificate of Commendation by the Indian Society of Landscape Architects (ISOLA). Prior to starting ROHA, Aditya was a partner at RHAA, an established landscape architectural consultancy based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Aditya joined the firm after graduating with a Masters in Landscape Architecture from UC Berkeley in 1991, and as a leading designer with a tenure of 24 years in the firm, he authored the design of open spaces of all scales and types – community parks, neighborhood greens, IT parks, city development plans, and colleges campuses.

Our practice follows a boutique design firm model where the focus is on creating custom crafted designs for each project. Our goal is to create a tailored solution that is iconic and unique. We believe that principal level
involvement is the key to a successful project. With over 25 years experience in landscape architecture, Aditya Advani is hands on involved in all projects from inception to construction.
ROHA has embraced the principle of sustainable design from its inception. Aditya became a LEED accredited professional in 2003. The firm begins its site investigations with the idea of low maintenance landscape, low water consuming plants, minimal impervious surfacing and maximum rainwater recapture. Shade and sun studies drive the design solution so that people friendly landscapes are created.
