Chef Randhir Tiwari, is one of the most critically acclaimed chefs in Delhi NCR region now. Randhir was the first chef to receive a huge success in displaying Indian culinary art in INDO FEST. Held in port of Spain(Caribbean islands) ,Australia (Sydney) & in Fiji islands in year 2005 , announced most innovative cook at The Hyatt regency group of hotels (Delhi). In June 2000 he graduated from Delhi university. did diploma in cooking from Hyatt Regency in year 2001 where he covered all the specialty outlets to gain a vast knowledge of world cuisine. Randhir worked as a commis chef in one of the famous five star hotel The Ashoka, supervising a , raising the standards in the kitchen. In 2002 Randhir moved to the fine dining restaurant’s & lounge & bars in delhi & ncr to display & explore more in cooking world . one of the best ventures he was involved in was, FLAVOURS OF ITALY, The Supper Factory, Crave Kitchen Lounge Bar,Blue Eyes, In December 2008 went to Europe(Warsaw) to do the set up, menu planning & Kitchen consultancy For The Bollywood Lounge in Warsaw & Gdynia, which is a most famous traditional; Asian lounge of the country now., Chef Tiwari moved back to India to open renovated EAST 101 Cafe Bar later as spot. In 2009 dec. Blue Eyes, Ghungrooz ,Gurgaon,concept & designed by him, which is very famous among CORPORATE WORLD & Youngsters & Same Goes with Later Projects Like FIERY GRILLS,BUZZin,Kalista Cafe & ICE LOUNGE. Did consultancies for various Hotels ,coffee shops & restaurants of delhi,gurgaon & Chandigarh & other cities.....before starting an American Dining“The Hangout by1861”in India.
