Most juices are produced by a centrifugal extraction process or by pulping and boiling. Both these methods impart heat to the juice, resulting in a substantial loss of nutrients.

We extract the juice using the best juicer in the world – the Norwalk Juicer. This is a slow and laborious two-step process. Firstly, the raw produce is gently pulped by a Vortex Triturator. The juice is then extracted by Cold Pressing in a Hydraulic Press. There is no heat, high RPM friction, static electricity and therefore no oxidation of the juice.

With this method, maximal amounts of natural fruit sugars, vitamins, trace minerals, enzymes, and other vital elements are preserved. This imparts an extremely fine quality and flavour to the juice, which is pulp free and better than any other method of juice extraction.

Our fruits and vegetables are delivered fresh every day. Our Fresh and Raw produce is cleaned in a state of the art Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine in pure RO water (which is so advanced and efficient that it is used to clean products like surgical equipment and aircraft parts), which removes all dirt, soil, pesticides, wax and other toxins.

The raw produce is then peeled, pressed and bottled. Nothing else is added – no flavour packs, colours, sugars, salts, preservatives or aromas. There is no heating at any stage and the juice is not pasteurized or processed in any way. Everything is simple and pure. And since there are no preservatives, our juices last for just 3 days in the refrigerator.
