Woodnotes Foreststays is a quintessential boutique resort located in near Nathuakhan, Ramgarh in the Nainital district of Uttarakhand, India. It has four rooms made of natural materials like wood, stone and mud making it ecological and environment friendly and a mud house made of complete mud walls and wood. The structures made of natural materials balance the temperature and humidity inside the rooms making it absolutely comfortable.

The location is a hilltop surrounded by deodar, rhododendron and oak forest making the environment pure and clean. It has a majestic view of the towering Himalayas almost 180 degrees on one side and a beautiful valley view on the other (a complete 360 degrees view).
The idea is to rejuvinate one’s mind and soul with the tranquility, fresh air, breath taking views and greenery all around.

For the more adventurous a trek of 6 kms to Dhukani waterfall or 30 kms drive by road.
A 3 km trek to the nearby river with lunch packed for a memorable picnic.
Village walks to nearby unspoilt villages and share tea and talks with the locals. Get to know their way of living and simplistic lifestyle.
Hike to the highest point Bubju ka than( a temple devoted to the savior of that area Bubju) and pay your respects and witness the mesmerizing views from the top.
