Return policy

We have shipped a wrong product.

There is a manufacturing defect.

We have shipped a product with an expiry date which is already past.



Condition of Items:



Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. They must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi- item pack may not be returned individually.



How it works:



1. All you need to do is to inform us within 24 Hrs of receiving the parcel by writing in to us at BollywoodGallaria@gmail.com and sending us an image of the concerned product.



2. Once you have done that, simply wait for revert email from Bollywood Gallaria team authorizing the return. In this mail we will inform you of all the relevant information regarding the next steps.



3. Once authorized by us, the product has to be returned, and should reach us within 7 working days from the authorization mail.



4. For returning the product : You’ll need to courier the product to us and share the tracking details, as soon as it is couriered.
