About Russian Information Center in , Mumbai

The centre is a non-profit initiative started in December 2013, with the Consul-Adviser of Consulate General of Russian Federation in Mumbai, Mr. Alexey Msareulov the Honorary Consul of Russia in Goa, Mr. Viktor Albuqerque and launching and presiding over the inaugural meeting.

The objective of the centre is to provide a lending hand and support to Russian citizens living in India. It also strives to build positive and cohesive relations between the citizens of Russia and India. The centre also promotes the exchange of people visiting the respective countries, this it does by way of supporting the tourism departments in the regions it is active in.
