About Rivaayat Biryani in gb road, Mumbai

Rivaayat, which in Persian means ‘revival of tradition’, aims to recreate these recipes.
‘Rivaayat’ is about bringing back lost Flavor's and forgotten Aroma's.
Our journey started while searching for sumptuous, delicious and authentic Biryani. We tried several places but to our disappointment, most of them were either serving frozen curry with long grained rice, or a pulao / kichadi under the guise of ‘Biryani’. We being the passionate ‘Biryani buffs’ that we are, decided then to embark on this journey of spreading happiness by serving only fresh, authentic Biryanis of Kachhi and Pakki style (Kachhi Biryani being associated with the Hyderabadi spicier version and Pakki with the mildly spiced Lucknowi style of cooking)
