All our participants who take up Boxing do so for the same reasons, to get fit, learn a new sport, to gain a sense of achievement and to reach their own personal goals! It is for professionals and it is for novices who want to get fit and try a new enjoyable experience.

When you sign up to take part in boxing training, you will receive intense training from our team to get you to an extremely high level of fitness and teach you the techniques you will need to prepare you for your fight.
