There are 2 kind of cottages available at the property built on one of the highest habitable Hill Tops of Uttarakhand, situated at 7800 Ft. with 180* Panoramic view of the mighty Snow Clad, Himalayas, in the midst of one of the most delectable natural habitats Mother Nature can Offer. Mukteshwar is known for its serenity, so leave the city rush behind and go on for those nature yearning walks or just hop on to a chair and admire the beauty around you.

The space

A sprawling 2000 Sq.yds. Top of the Hill property comprising of:
• 2 independent Cottages;
• Parking for 3-4 Cars;

The 1st independent Cottage (Suitable for 4 Adults) boasts of the following facilities:
• Two Bedrooms with working desk;
• A Living room;
• Well manicured Lawn for Outside Sitting;
• 2 Bathrooms;

The 2nd independent Cottage (Suitable for 2 Adults & 2 Kids) boasts of the following facilities:
• Two Bedrooms;
• Well manicured Lawn for Outside Sitting;
• 1 common Bathroom;

Guest access

Guests have an access to the entire property, so make most of it and do not miss the 180 degree splendid views of the valley from different angles of the property.

Interaction with guests

Staff at the villa are more like your private personnel, engaged in catering to all your requirements in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Kindly note that the property is situated on a hill top so the personnel available at the property will accord to all your reasonable demands, that are possible to fulfill keeping in mind the geographical location of the property.

Other things to note

The services at the property are not time bound. You may leisure as desired without any restrictions.
Note: Lunch and Dinner menu is to be decided by the guest as per the menu available at the property, however it is subject to availability of the raw materials in the Local Market. Further the order for the lunch and dinner may kindly be placed minimum 3 hours before the serving time.

Note: There are no restrictions with regard to Alcohol and Non-vegetarian Food at the property.
