Over the last quarter of a century Muslims of Dakshina Kannada and Udupi have made
rapid strides in the socio-economic fields, thanks to an increased awareness about the
role of education in empowering the community The credit of pioneering this
phenomenal turnaround should in some measure go to Jamiyyatul Falah, which is now
at the threshold of celebrating its Silver Jubilee.
Alhamdulillah, through its dedicated cadre spread across all the taluks of the two
districts Jamiyyatul Falah has reached out to the disadvantaged sections of the
community through an array of socio-economic initiatives. Improving the education
standards and ensuring healthcare have always been our thrust areas. Thanks to the
selfless services of the JF cadre, hundreds and thousands of families have today
overcome economic-educational barriers and are able to stand on their own. A large
number of beneficiaries of our scholarship programmes have gone on to secure
important positions in different fields.
