Our Educational Society Nai Paddhati Berozgar Sewa Sansthan is registred under rules and regulations of Govt. of India act XXI, 1860 bya group of highly qualified, experienced, and educational experts. We aim to provide vocational courses to people which enable them to get better employment and live a peaceful and respectable life with the motto of Early Childhood Education.
Our institute as non-Government organization (NGO) is also trying to develop human resource to make successful the vocational training programme.by imparting N.T.T. for the pre-primary school.
The teacher in the primary schools are not capable to understand the child psychology, therefore we felt that there should be trained teacher specially for Nursery and Pre-School children.
Besides imparting vocational training as per guldance of educational experts so that our students, when trained,get better jobs our institution also aims of giving elementary education to every individual in order to teach them,how to treat children psychologically and how to inspire and motivate them so that they may develop interest for academic field of presonality and skill development.

The various convent, nursery and public schools send their demands for our trainee there teachers in advance and our trained teachers have been appointed in various schools with attractive salary keeping in view the growing population and poor literary rate and plans of Indian Govt. The aim of the institution is to provide at least primary education to every citizen. It is because our object is to make students experts in child education. Pre-primary school level,help unemployed educated presons in becoming an ideal teacher for convents. public and nursery schools.
