Dr. Puneet Kathuria completed his MBBS from the Prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College New Delhi in the year 2002. He further went on to do his MD in Psychiatry from the Delhi University after completing his MD in 2006 he moved to Ludhiana and started his own private practice.
In the year 2008 he started to serve the minority population of Punjab by working in the rural area of Malerkotla, Punjab. He currently runs a Psychiatry Nursing Home in Malerkotla and his private clinic at Ludhiana.
He is actively involved with the Professional Bodies like the Indian Psychiatry Society (IPS), where he served as the Secretary for the Punjab and Chandigarh state branch during the year 2011-2013. He currently is the President of the Indian Association of Private Psychiatry (IAPP), Punjab and Chandigarh state branch.

Dr. Puneet Kathuria has taken lectures at various for and has been attending conferences and come at both the National and International levels. He has collaborated with the PGIMER Chandigarh on data collection for various Psychiatric diseases. He has worked along with the AIIMS, New Delhi, for drug abuse monitoring in Punjab state. He has keen interest in taking public lectures for spreading awareness about Psychiatry diseases and Epilepsy.
