Ekagrata Studio offers a comfortable space to practice and focus on your yoga. The space can accommodate up to 15 students comfortably and has a beautiful soothing ambience.
You will be learning the Vinyasa Yoga or Flow Yoga which means "breath synchronized movements." And Pilates method will help you re-train your body to work better by strengthening weak muscles and stretching tight muscles, therefore improving your overall physical fitness and wellbeing. Ekagrata Studios are relatively small in size to provide students a more personal practice and allow each student more personal guidance and care.
