Society was started in the year 1997,primarily to inculcate the habit of saving,self help and mutual co-operation among the employees of SINGARENI COLLIERIES COMPANY LTD.Later it was extended to all the people of Telangana State.Presently the society is running with around 450 members.During its journey for the last 18 years it has helped thousands of members in bringing their dreams come true.There are retired persons who are regularly getting interest credited to their bank accounts before 5th of every month since inception. Members are paid dividends @ 12 to 15% on almost all the years except during the year of bonus shares.Regular elections are conducted to elect its board of Directors and Management committees .Accounts are regularly audited and Tax returns are submitted.
