With the vision of making quality Indian food accessible to people across the globe, we have ventured into this area.
Having started very small with a big idea and dream, Desi Belly's first flagship store is located at RDB Cinemas, Salt Lake Sector 5, Kolkata- 91 with a menu which basically comes from Indian Streets. We started with our very own Amchi Mumbai Vada Pav offered in 8 varieties followed by varieties of Kebabs and Nutty Choco Pav (Hot grilled pav filled with dark chocolates and nuts) .
Answering to why we dont keep Non Vegetarian Food..well we happened to read a report by the BBC "Hungry world 'must eat less meat'" which says that the world water supplies will not be enough for our descendants to enjoy the sort of diet we eat now...
By serving pure vegetarian food, we may not end the crisis but we may definitely contribute our bit.
