The Institute aims at creating highly trained technical manpower in different disciplines of Engineering and Technology and professional managers in the fields of General Management and Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, and Systems. Both Future Institute of Engineering & Management (FIEM) and its component Future Business School (FBS) are managed by Future Education and Research Trust and have a common Board of Governors and an Academic Counsil. Besides they have their respective Boards of Advisors.
