About Kochi Sports City in , Kochi

The first sports city in the state of Kerala, the facility will come up on a 25 acres of sprawling land near the Aroor-Edapally bypass on the outskirts of the Kochi city.
The sports city complex will consist of one or two state-of-the-art stadiums with lateral facilities, a posh indoor stadium, fitness centers, shopping malls, food courts, residential complexes, conventional centre, recreational facilities, and a green zone. There are plans to establish an international school as well.
Once the sports city becomes operational, popular sports academies and trainers from across the world are expected to arrive here to use the modern facilities to good advantage. Housing facilities for coaches, supporting staff and trainees will be provided. Parents of the trainees can stay at the residential complexes when they come to visit their wards.
