Cooking is therapeutic and more so baking makes me happy,Especially when I am appreciated for the quality of healthy food I cook.

I specialize in baking cakes, pies, tarts, meat etc.
Having traveled and lived in different cities in India, and the middle east, I have learnt to cook delicious dishes of various cuisines.

My expertise has helped me publish several recipes in magazines and websites and won prizes, the most prestigious one is the STAR CHEF competition 2012 in Oman hosted by Spicy Village.

I created a fusion dish Cassava Mutton Tango wherein I added Tapioca and mutton flavored with Arabic spices and it won me the first prize.

My recipes were on the menu of the Restaurant for 2 consecutive years.

I returned to Kochi for personal reasons and pursued my passion, now I cater to requests for snacks, cakes etc.
