This relaxing and serene home stay is run by a Catholic family in a Centuries old Dutch building. It is centrally located on Princes street - one of the earliest streets laid out in Fort Cochin, beside the many shops, the Cozy streets, cafe’s and restaurant’s which are conveniently located near by.
In this family run home stay, we pride ourselves on a high standard of friendly cheerful service which caters to the needs of the whole family.

Off Season Tariff (June /July ) Rs.1200/ per night - non aircon Rs.1600 Per night - aircon including tax

Season Tariff (Sep to May) Ranges from Rs.1900 per night - non aircon to Rs.4300 per night aircon including tax and continental breakfast for 3 different category of rooms.

All rooms are provisioned with aircon and ceiling fan. Rooms are twin bed, double room, bath attached hot n cold water shower. Some rooms have sitout to the garden / courtyard. Wifi is available in the lobby.
