The company has taken over the entire business of M/S Shapoor Ji Pallon Ji and company limited (a Proprietary Concern, working in the field of Infrastructure Development for the last 40 years) and it is a private Company. Shri Naveen chauhan and Shri Sanjay Singh Rana who was the Proprietor of M/s ark Pipeline Construction Company
M/s ark infrastructure company is the Managing Director of the Company.
