rigid quality control and pre shipment inspection is carried out by our team of expert professionals and myself. The QC done by our team is an elaborate and extensive process, which involves from the selection and gradation of leathers, cutting of panels, matching the panels properly in case of shade and grain variation, arranging colour fastness and rub fastness in dry and weight condition of leathers testing, tear strength testing, through internationally approved and certified laboratories. It is also ensured that leathers used for the products, do not contain harmful chemicals and dyes like azo, pcp, chrome6, nickel and cadmium. Same applies for lining and fittings.
