The service here is both for students as well as teachers, many students have low self-confidence, academy anxiety, poor achievement level, lack of concentration, poor problem solving skill, lack of self- control and self-regulation, poor study habit, lack of motivation, stress, frustration, poor relationship skills, poor mental health, aggressiveness, test anxiety and so on. The reason can be many but specifically the reason lies within the student, between the student and teacher relationship, between student and parents, between student and the school environment. Our role is scientifically identifying the exact cause for the problem and provides counseling service to students, teachers, parents and management authorities of institution.
•Students: Some services only for student but further recommendation and group counseling will be given to the teacher based on the report of the student.
•Teachers: If the teacher motivate and encourage, students do well but due to difference in learning style, student find difficulties in learning and understand the point what the teacher is teaching in the class. Therefore, learning style assessment will be done in the beginning based on the result group counseling will be given to both students and teachers.
•Parents: Parents of today have the tendency that once if they send their wards to school; everything will be done by the schools not by them. To break the illogical believes of the parents we will provide assessment and counseling service to parents too.
•Management: Overall profile and management techniques will be given as a research report.
