Ubiscon Consultancy Services LLP (UCS), will be formed as a consulting firm specializing in cargo facility design services. A home office in Palakkad, KL- India will be established the first year of operations to reduce start-up costs. The founder of the firm is a professional engineer with five years of progressive and responsible experience with a core staff of experienced professionals and a team approach to most consulting projects. UCS will be able to offer a more balanced quality service than many of its competitors.

We assist the customers/consultants, when developing new ports or expanding existing ports. And specializes in cargo facility planning, design and analysis. We prepare civil layout plans, analysis and reports supporting major worldwide maritime and rail cargo infrastructure projects. Major focus areas include equipment automation, seaport master planning, container terminal planning, operations analysis, financial decision support, and cargo transport technology consulting.

We help cargo facility owners and terminal operators make well-founded decisions and make the best use of their resources. The goals are safety, return on investment, and fast cargo turnover. We create and exist in a more efficient future, and provide that expertise and vision to our customers.
