About Vidhyashram International School in shikargarh road, Jodhpur

‘Basant Educational Society’ is a philanthropic society promoting education, art and Indian culture. Under the aegis of ‘Basant Educational Society’ Vidhyashram International School was inaugurated by the then Chief Minister of Rajasthan Honourable Sh. Ashok Gehlot in the year 2002. In a span of decade long journey the society has developed a chain of educational and other philanthropic institutes namely “Vidhyashram International School, Uchiyarda, Jodhpur”- a school from standard one to standard twelve, affiliated to CBSE, Delhi, an institute known for its academic excellence and educational innovations; “Vidhyashram Public School, Paota, Jodhpur” – a recognized primary school from play group to second standard, and “Vidhyashram Kidz, Uchiyarda, Jodhpur” – a pre-primary school having play group, Nursery, LKG, UKG classes. A charitable school ‘Gyanodya’ where children of weaker, socially disadvantaged society are given free education and ‘Vidhyashram Cultural Society’ promoting Indian art & culture have also been raised by the society.

The commitment of the society towards education does not end up by developing pre-primary to senior secondary schools but continues to have strong foundation by developing brilliant faculties through its “Vidhyashram Teacher’s Training Institute, Uchiyarda, Jodhpur”. The society has always been working in accordance to norms and rules laid down by the concerned state departments.
