Our Hotel
Structure & Design
Creation of this palatial structure took us a full four years and we opened our gates to receive our distinguished guests from October 20, 2006 onwards.

The hotels exterior is reminiscent of the palaces of Rajasthan featuring huge frescoes hand carved meticulously in ‘pink sandstone’ and white marble. The hotel is dazzling white by day & turns sunset yellow by night with our illumination providing the guests a spectacular view from all angles.

Adding to the hotels grandeur is the magnificent ‘atrium’ lobby which reveals sheer grandeur. The interiors are a fusion of the Victorian, Persian & Mughal architecture.

Combining the latest technology with a long-standing reputation of Indian hospitality, “Shiv Vilas” symbolizes the very essence of Indian Culture, embracing the best of the new alongside traditions of the past.

Rooms & suites
Each of the 78 rooms including 16 suites have been carefully designed and provide the most luxurious features to recreate the opulence of a bygone era. Spread across three floors the interiors use stones like white marble, green marble, yellow & pink sandstone etc for flooring. The rooms feature full sized windows allowing brilliant view of the Aravallis. Rich use of silk , gold and carved wood gives each room a rich feel of royalty. All rooms are equipped with bedside control panel that manages numerous services and functions. The room size ranges from 350 sq. ft. to 2000
sq. ft.

Every suite in the hotel has been done up in a different theme & has a unique feel to itself.

This restaurant serves our Chefs favourites from Thai, Chinese and Malay cuisine. The fares are carefully re-created by our expert teams to bring to you a genuine oriental experience.


Sheesh Mahal – Indian Specialty Restaurant
A meal experience at this restaurant takes you years back in time when the traditional ‘theekri’ glass work was at its peak. In this art form pieces of colored glass & mirrors are hand cut using diamond scalpels into perfect shapes and arranged into frescos on the ceilings and the walls to form a mosaic. The result is a mesmerizing sight and a must for every resident of our hotel. The restaurant serves North Indian cuisine with a heavy doze of Tandoori and Mughlai specialties. Live performances in Indian traditional, folk & classical dances keep you entertained while you dine. We recommend prior reservations.

Patio – Poolside Barbeque
This beautiful garden restaurant is located by the pool side offering an out door meal experience. Live barbeque and kebabs are the specialty of this restaurant and a favourite with our guests for an evening cocktail.


Crystal – Lobby Bar
Pick your choice from an array of the most splendid wines and spirits stacked at our bar. A true connoisseur’s delight this lobby bar serves excellent cocktails and mock tails in a regal ambience. Chancery – Conference Hall (Seating 100 pax)
This state of the art conference venue id equipped to serve as the perfect setting for high power meeting. The venue can accommodate 100 pax and 48 pax in theatre and cluster style respectively.

Chancellor – Conference Hall (Seating 20 pax)
This exclusive meeting room features a 20 seater design in U- shape and is ideal for presentations and discussions for the top brass. The hall is equipped with the very best technology available today in conferencing.
