Mr. Ajay Tiwari ( Yogaacharya, Yog Therepist, Reiki Master, Yoga counsellor) – He is a generous person, strong motivator and a dedicated social worker. . Aa per my learning Yoga, it literally means change of life, so after years of Yoga practise, albeit often erratic and mostly a home practise in the last few decades, I decided to learn as much as I could about Yoga, and write about it as I learn. And so YogaArogya was born.
