Organization Details--Mrs. Renu Khanna has started Figurette Training Institute 34 years back. She wanted to give perfect training so she has first taken training from India’s Beauty Icons like with Javed Habib ( Delhi) , Shahnaz Hussain (Delhi), Blossam Koacher (Delhi), Naturance (Delhi), Aloka’s College(Delhi), Coifure School (delhi), Loreal (Mumbai), Kishore Thakkar (Mumbai), Thea Training ( Mumbai) and Archana Haria (Mumbai).
Mrs Renu Khanna has been awarded with several awards like MAWE Awards Mahakoshal Association of Women Entrepreneurs) .She has also got Nayika Awards in corporate sector. She is the president of FABE ( Federation of Association of Beauty Expert) of Mahakaushal Area. She also has the flagship of Matrix Salon ( America’s no.1 Salon) . Figurette Training Institute is a trade mark because it is registered by the Government .Figurette has also got ISO-9001 certificate for its quality education.
34 Years 0f Beauty Training ---She has already trained approximately 1200 students since1981.She has been conducting Competetions and Seminars with famous personalities like Blossam Koacher, Javed Habib, Amjad Habib Baba Meru, Christine Velmi & Razia Sultan etc.
VISION---Mrs Renu Khanna has started Figurette Training Institute with the idea to make women independent and to realize their self value.Now she also wants to impart basic skill and knowledge to trainees in the field of beauty so that they are able either to seek employment as a lecturer at any government or private ITI or to successfully run their own beauty parlour. So she has proceeded to open an ITI and it is registered from August 2012 session.
Methodology Of Training--- Figurette Beauty ITI has daily theory and practical classes. Our training is based on scientific method. We upgrade our students knowledge by regular Seminar,Workshop and Company Training.We educate our students through Audio Visual Aids.Our Institute has modernized workshop and high quality experienced staff .
ITI Promotional Activities--- For the promotion of our Hair & Skin Care course we have conducted introduction seminars in colleges like Home Science College in Jan 2013 and MKB womens College in Feb 2013 .Recently 26th June 2014 on Beautician Day we have organized Fashion Show for our Students.Figurette ITI was sponser with Red FM 93.5 actvity of talent search in various colleges like Takshila College, Hitkarini Eng College,Khalsa college,Home Science College, Shri Ram College,JCCC College, Gyan Ganga College, Vikramditya Graduation College, Satya Prakash Graduation College,Oriental Eng College, Laxmi Narayan College Of Technology (LNCT) , VITS Eng. College, ACCA College, St. Norbert College. And Guru Nanak Girls College.Talent Search Acivity Started on 28th August and its Final was on 27th Sept. 2014.
Policies For Trainers Recruitment------
Figurette ITI has some policies regarding trainer’s recruitments which are as follows—
1.Experiences based on previous Diploma or Degree Courses of the employee.
2.If the certificates are from Private Institution the reference of that Institution being taken by us.
3.Selection being done on the basis of Practical Training Demos.
Trainers Retention & Development-----
According to the Level of their Degrees Or Diplomas, the Salary and Bonus are provided to the employee for the retention purpose and various types of programs and for the development of an employees various training.Sessions are being provided to the employees for the purpose of their improvement and skill development.
Self Employment---Our Beauty Course is Self Employed.After completion of this course Student can start practice at home.Even a student can run his Business from residence too.Figurette Beauty Salon & Spa also absorb our Students ,if vacancy occur.Matrix –Figurette next will also give employment to our students.
Industry Tie-ups- We are inclusing the authorised documents of relevant beauty parlours, by which the students can be employed after the training of these ITI and VTP courses.
