Monkings is started by a group of health conscious food lovers. We should enjoy the food at its best while keeping a track on its benefits and effects on our health. This was taught to us from the days of Ayurveda Monkings serves a calculated portion of a meal which is well balanced in daily dietary requirements.

Vegetables
Our vegetables are organic, grown in healthy soils and are handpicked, fresh and clean. Absolutely no place for harmful pesticides and synthetic fertilizers. Only natural fertilizers and pest control methods are used on the farms of our suppliers.

MEATS
Our meat and poultry come from non GMO cattle’s and are completely organic. Raised in an open area giving complete space to the animals & birds to grow naturally and thus avoiding nontherapeutic antibiotics and synthetic hormones on the farm.

Desserts
It’s not a meal when there is no dessert included. And we care for you even here with the sweets. We use only organic milk produce and organic raw non-bleached brown sugars in making the desserts.

Ingredients
We use freshly ground spices and we cook in healthy oils.
