Our free delivery option is available on all orders above Rs. 1,500. For all orders less than Rs. 1,500 you can still have your order delivered to your doorstep by paying a nominal delivery fee. So go ahead and order chocolates, cupcakes and cookies all across Hyderabad

Q: How do I order?
A: You can place your order through this page or call or whatsapp. Orders will be received and acknowledged instantly.

Q: How do I pay?
A: Payment must be made at the time of placing order by bank transfer or at the time of delivery by cash (if available). Failure to pay on time will result in the cancellation of your order.
All new customers have to pay advance to book order. For all regular customers we do have COD option

Q: Are your products suitable for vegetarians?
A: Most of our products can be made eggless. However, there are certain products which cannot be made without eggs. If you’d like your order to be made eggless, please mention so while placing the order.

Q: How long will my order last?
A: Chocolates: 1-2 months if kept refrigerated.
Cookies: 1-2 months if kept store in an Air-tight container.
Cupcakes: 3-4 days if kept refrigerated.

Q: Do you offer home delivery?
A: Cost of deliver depends on your preferred delivery option. The exact cost of delivery will be informed while placing the order
Any Time Delivery : Your order may be delivered any time of the day between 6 am to 9 pm
Scheduled Delivery : You order will be delivered during your preferred time slot between 6 am to 9 pm

Free delivery is applicable on all orders above Rs. 1,500. Regardless of order value, you can still have your order delivered to your doorstep by paying a nominal delivery fee.


Cancellations & Refunds:

Since all products are made to order, once ordered, we do not offer any refunds.
We do however entertain amendments to orders up to 12 hours before the date and time of delivery. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received.

If for any reason we are unable to complete your order, we will contact you and ask you to amend your order. We are committed to offering quality products that guarantee our client’s satisfaction.
