About Indian Institute of Innovation & Development in , Howrah

1.This INDIAN INSTITUTE OF INNOVATION AND DEVELOPMENT and its all units will run under PUBLIC CHARITABLE TRUST ACT. 1882, GOVT. OF INDIA and its regulations.
2.THE OBJECT OF THE TRUST shall be
1.To establish, promote, set up , run maintain, assist financial support and /or aid to or help in setting up and /or maintaining and/or running School, College, Educational Institutions, Medical Unit, Science & Technology Park, Social Upliftment, upliftment of pecunious family, Lunatic Asylums Child Welfare Centre etc. in any place within the Territory of India if not changed otherwise.
2.To open, found, establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, assist finance support and/or aid to or help in setting up and/or maintain and/or running Hospital, Charitable Dispensaries, Child Welfare Centre for rendering or providing medical relief or for Research Centres and institutions for promote or Research and Education for Medical Science other educational Institution viz. Science Institute.
3.To promote, organize, administer, establish, support, maintain and/or grant aid to any institution or society or organization on whatsoever having for its object of charitable purpose and to incur expenditure in connection therewith.
4.To promote literacy and research and to work for the welfare of mankind without distinction of caste creed of religion and also for the poor especially those belonging to scheduled castes and backward classes by opening, running, helping or assisting schools, colleges, Training Centres, vocational, Technical and Industrial Institutions or Centre, Orphanages, Dharamsalas or Gurudwaras, Hospitals, Laboratories, Nursing Homes, Libraries Cultural, Social and Research Centre, and institutions and to carry out any other similar objects of public utility.
5.The trust welcomes innovative ideas and allows and helps anybody to develop the idea with some conditions. The conditions protect his/her innovation rights and as well as it prevent the business rights of his/her for a period of time and keep it in favor of institute for the development of the institute.
6.Providing for grants, scholarship, fellowships and other forms of financial assistance to the needy and deserving students for pursuing education, vocational training, skill development etc.

7.Granting of financial assistance to any educational institutions for granting scholarships, awards, etc. for excellence in studies, sports and scientific research, distribution of books and other utensils for the poor and deserving students.
8.Providing financial assistance for feeding the poor directly.
9.The Trustees shall provide scientific innovation and research in Technology to developed Indian Economy with the initiative of socially and economically stranded meritorious student.
10.The trustees shall take special care of the deprived section of people, women and children and physically challenged, handicap and mentally unbalanced.
11. To promote, assist and/or maintain all activities by whosoever carried on or whenever carried on in India is conformity with the objects of the Trust as are conductive to the well being and general welfare of the nation or are conductive for advancement of any object or objects of general public utility not involving carrying any activity for profit.
12.To Purchase, Maintain, Ambulance for the use of the public to carry out the patients.
13.To promote education the Trust may come up with new project, mission or research passed by a resolution.
14.The Trust may run and manage any kind of business permitted by law Government of India to meet its object.
15.May conduct any examination to promote education.
16.May set up any accreditation body to conduct, run, maintain quality in education, service, product, manufacturing, system etc.
17.To propagate the idea of service to humanity by establishing and maintaining Homes, Dispensaries, Langers and schools for the blind, deaf and dumb etc.
18.To Plant the trees in the adjoining area of the school for the better environment of the school premises
19.To promote and propagate the case of literacy and welfare of society in general with special emphasis on education and health care of the underprivileged, poor children and women.
20.To assist, finance, support and/ or aid or help in education, medical treatment, vocational guidance and training of the underprivileged persons.
21.To grant, pay or give scholarship, stipends prizes, rewards, allowances and other financial assistance or help in cash or kind to students with a view to help them in pursuing their studies in schools, college, educational institutions, technical and medical institutions, art schools and other training, research, or educational works in India or abroad.
22.To take over or other in any agreement with, any charitable trust, existing school(s) properties, movable or immovable, with or without its liabilities and to carry on its activities as defined under the main objects.
23.To receive moneys and donations, any type of financial assistance, from any individual institutions, trust corporate etc. to fulfill the aims and objects of the trust.

Units/boards/councils of the trust:-
1.Indian Council of Senior Secondary Education: “education is the manifestations of perfection already in men”, and there is no age limit for being educated. Thus our main object is to promote education for the masses not for any classes.
Indian Council of Senior Secondary Education is purely a public board and a unit of IIID which is an NGO/ public charitable trust having registered with the Govt. of west Bengal, through Indian Trust Registration Act, 1882. Having the following objects:-
1.To provide Elementary Schools in different places.
2.To provide Free and Compulsory Education for all children of Age Group 6-14.
3.To improve the quality of Education from the Pre-school to Senior Secondary school level.
4.To eradicate illiteracy.
5.To eradicate dropouts.
6.To encourage Health Education in schools.
7.To promote the different Regional Languages (Mother languages) in India.
8.To supervise the schools run by the council or affiliated to the council.
9.To direct the schools to upload, keep and maintain the standard of education and to obey the conditions imposed by the Educational Authorities of the state and the Centre from time to time.
10.To DE-affiliated the schools which fails to maintain the standard of education as directed by the council.
11.To provide the basis amenities, financial aids to the schools affiliated, run or controlled by the council and to act as a supervisory authority.
But by no way or means, this Board is similar to or comparable to or equivalent to the Boards like Central Govt. or State Govt. Boards. The Central Govt. or State Govt. Boards are established / created through parliamentary or Legislative Bills. But this ICSSE is NGO based Board mainly for gaining self-education, self-knowledge, self-satisfaction and self-employment. All the courses run by the Board are its autonomous programs. This Board has been established to promote educational, social and economic upliftment and general welfare of the people of India, particularly the socially and economically backward sections of the Indian society by organizing various types of educational programs.
ICSSE willing to extend the distance education programs to all directions. With comprehensive online solutions for the students, our motto is to help everyone in need of education for dignity, self-respect and self-empowerment. Through its quality delivery system, ICSSE endeavors to provide good education for all at their door steps and consequently achieve the target of 'Universalization of Education' at the primary, upper primary, secondary and higher secondary level. The main target group is those individuals, who have not been able to enroll in the formal system or have dropped out due to some reason or the other especially females, rural youth and working people.


1.Nivalaya:- This is a unit(school) of INDIAN INSTITUTE OF INNOVATION AND DEVELOPMENT which promotes school level education. The said school will run and the students will be admitted, upon the fees as per as decided by the trust.
2.Institute of Indian arts & Culture: This is a unit of IIID, whose main objective is to develop the Arts and Culture in the society. This unit will be divided into some departments depending upon the nature of Arts and Culture. This unit will promote sangeet, recitation, instrumental culture, Ankan, and many more. Initiate proposed departments are stated below:-
SANGEET :- Classical Sangeet, Rabindra Sangeet, Adhunik Sangeet, etc
Instrumental Music:- Tabla, Pakwaj, Khol, Guitar. Violin, Sarad, etc
Recitation, Ankan,
Dance:-
Classical:- Bharatnatyam, Kathak, And other regional dance forms.
Western:- Hip-hop, Disco dance, Locking and popping, Salsa, Contemporary, Pasta do belay, Ballet, Belly, Rumba, Samba, Lindy hop, Lyrical hip-hop, And many more.
3.Institute of Hospitality Management: This is a unit of IIID, whose main object is to promote and develop the education related to Hospitality Management among the common masses and lift them up with a better future. It will promote: Hotel Management, Tours and Travels, Tourism, etc.
4.Indian school of law development: Law, legalities, jurisdiction science is an open arena for all to learn. This is a knowledge which is required by every individual in order to become a perfect to establish himself in the present society. This unit of IIID will promote law education to the masses for the development, because all the systems are judged by law and all the cases are solved by law. Common people have right to know about the law and by knowing so one can perform all the legal work with better knowledge of it.
5.Institute of medical science development: This unit will promote medical education among the common masses. There is a great lack of medical help in our country, especially towards the rural areas. Medical science is knowledge; it is not always necessary to find a doctor for treatment for every now and then when every individual have the required knowledge about medical science. We live with the target to develop a new world of small doctors to serve the mankind and reduce the terror of treatment expenses.
6.Institute of technical education development: This unit of IIID gives education about various technical aspects which one may require in his/her day to day life. In short we built a small engineer in every individual.
7.Institute of Vedic science development: Vedic Science is an important part of our tradition, which cannot be detached from our society. This unit of IIID lives with the aim to return backs the respect and dignity of the Vedic Science, which it deserves.
8.Other certificate course education: the trust can run any certificate course/trade certificate course/vocational course/diploma course/
9.Id-card system: This system is introduced by IIID in order to give an individual prove of his/her identity. This id-card will enable one’s identity in IIID. One may also use it at
various places where id prove is required. It will give a chance to achieve all the facility to those men who has no other id prove. And for the id prove established people it helps them to protect their generation system, and all the others information will reserve by the system. Thus this card carries all the other card information. So no problem to carry all the cards all the time.
10. Professional council of IIID: The Professional council of IIID plays a vital role in the processing of IIID. An individual before playing a role as a professional in the society is required to register himself as the member of the Professional council of IIID. None of the individual is allowed to perform as a Professional if have not registered as the member of Professional council of IIID, even if have completed any of the Professional course. The member of the Professional council of IIID is expected to charge as per decided by the council and follow the rules of the council.
11. Human rights protection centre: This unit of IIID is meant to protect and secure the rights and fundamental rights of every individual, especially of that of women, child, incapable, etc. This unit is especially design in order to spread law and order among the Indian public in cases such as child labor, child marriage, Dowry system, Widow Remarriage, abortion of girl child, etc .
BOARD OF FACULTY: To run all the units the trust will build a group of faculty having adequate knowledge in their respective fields and willing to do the job. Those persons must fulfill the requirement laid by the board of trustees which may time to time. The board will totally controlled by the trust. Addition, replacement and elimination will be controlled by the board of trustee.
DUTIES OF BOARD OF FACULTY: Their work would be voluntary work. There would not be any salary or wages for their work. The board of faculty will decide the course and the curriculum of the subject and they will decide what would be taught in which year. They will also set the question paper and keep a check on the candidate’s performance and approve the result.
AFFILIATION FOR STUDY CENTRE/LERNING CENTRE: To reach the common masses. The institute will affiliate other societies, trusts, company, etc to run a study centre with the object to promote all educational courses provided by the institution. The affiliation process will run under few internal rules and regulations as that the Board of Trustee will feel appropriate and on the affiliation fees.
ACCOUNTS MAINTAIN PROCEDURE AND USE OF NET PROFIT: account of all units will be maintained by separate accounts. 25% of the net profit will be used for the charitable object or goes to the trust fund. And 25% net profit will be reserved and stored for future relief/development of the trust. And remaining 50% of net profit will be utilized for the benefit of the unit/school.
RUELS AND REGULATIONS OF THE UNITS: All the units of INDIAN INSTITUTE OF INNOVATION AND DEVELOPMENT will run under such internal rules and regulation as the board of trustee feels appropriate. All the units of INDIAN INSTITUTE OF INNOVATION AND DEVELOPMENT will run with the same registration number of INDIAN INSTITUTE OF INNOVATION AND DEVELOPMENT and audited with the same PAN No. Until the board pass any further resolutions and all the income-expenditure will be maintained with different account book. This fees will not to be charged when the fund permit to run the unit as fully charitable. All the units of INDIAN INSTITUTE OF INNOVATION AND DEVELOPMENT will run and the students will be admitted, upon the fees as per as decided by the trust. All the fees is need to run the trust. If the funds permit all the units will run completely
without fees and that is our main Moto to reach that state
MEMBERSHIP: All the units have power to make member. Members are treated as volunteers, all the work allotted to the member is a no payment work, and the service of the member to the public and to the trust is charitable in nature.
Minimum eligibility: Age 18 years, education class X pass which may change time to time.
The said system will run and member will be admitted in the respective units upon fees which the trust thinks proper. The said system will run under such internal rules and regulation as the board of trustee finds appropriate. The eligibility criteria for different type of members, work, service, benefits to the member will be decided by the board of trustee and will be controlled by the board of trustee.
General and student member are known as student member, this is a star category membership.
Professionals person will comes in the patron member category. Board of trustee may choose a few patron members to form board of faculty. Function of the board of faculty is stated above.

There are two more categories named Royal member and Honorary member, which may be decided on the basic of their influence to the public and their importance in the society. One’s previous life’s work, his important or influence in the society, if is regional then he/she will fall under the royal member’s category. And if his/her influence is national or international then the category will fall under the honorary member. All the fees is need to run the trust. If the funds permit all the units will run completely without fees and that is our main Moto to reach that state.
Like all educational boards/Universities ours is also an autonomous body. Each educational organization acts on its own discretionary powers. According to these powers every board/ university/state Govts. /Central Govt. of India has the liberty and right to take its own decision either to allow or refuse any admission/Service/recognitions. But we do our best to make success the non formal education programme. All the education programmes run by all the units of INDIAN INSTITUTE OF INNOVATION AND DEVELOPMENT is trust's own autonomous education programme. Legality, Validity, Utility of the education programme is strict conformity with the constitution of India and law of the land under Article 19(1)G, 29 & 30.
