BootCamp YELLOW is an outdoor workout experience (since 2013) that redefines fitness through structured training and sustainable nutrition. Our outdoor training offers broad programs that are suitable for any level of fitness.
Our program is based on CrossFit methodology. This means we do constantly varied, functional movements (like squats and push-ups) at a high-intensity. Functional movements are organic in nature, innate to our DNA and essential to our quality of life.

We train for longevity, we train for health and most of all, we train for fun.

BootCamp YELLOW is founded on the ideal that every individual can and should enjoy the health benefits of a more active lifestyle. It is well established that fitness activities and good nutrition are the keys to good health and thus, a more enjoyable and productive life.

Strength, speed, endurance and mobility are the four physical abilities that determine the fitness quality of each one of us; which when trained help us go about our lives most efficiently. Physical aesthetics, ideally, is just a desirable and a natural consequence of this training. We offer high energy and high-intensity workouts that are conducted by certified fitness professionals. The Team uses interesting tools (agility ladders and cones, dumbells, kettlebells, tires, ropes, etc) to bring a variety into the programming of its unique Bootcamps.

BootCamp YELLOW combines circuit training, traditional exercise and personal training to produce an intensive, addictive and fun way to workout. Basically if you're serious about getting results then ditch the gym and get outdoors. You will push your limits, sweat, get dirty, get fitter and use muscles you never knew you had. This is serious fun! We're talking core strength, plyometric, body weight workouts, speed and endurance. Each session is a new, hard hitting workout aimed at getting results and you will get results.

Important: Everyone is different and we encourage each member to push themselves according to their abilities and goals. We pay particular attention to exercise technique and posture to ensure you can perform at your best and stay injury free. Chances are, there's one to fit your schedule perfectly.
