Even as daily life gets more and more complex and demanding, yoga is once again showing the way. The yoga class and system which we teach is one of the most popular forms of yoga in the world today, easy to begin, to understand and to practice.

You will be practising a system successfully implemented for over 50 years around the world. The ambience in our centres is relaxing and refreshing, and it feels like home, away from home. also, being in a group with like-minded people elevates the quality of your practice and inspires you to do more.

We have highly trained teachers who are good at taking care of people, and handle the classes with great sensitivity and understanding.
