Shipping policy

1.All the ordered item(s) will be shipped through Speed Domestic Courier services within india/ any international courier company within 2-3 working days after getting confirmation for your order. You will get tracking no. immediately on the same day of booking the shipment. So that you can also have the actual status of the shipment
2.The delivery can be made within 5-7 working days from the date of booking. It may get delayed depending upon the regulations of clearing agencies at local and destination country. We can not be liable for such delay as we do not have control over the carrier, customs and regulators once we dispatch the parcel. We shall do our best in following up with carrier or local customs.
3.Shipping outside INDIA is via any international courier services, which usually takes 10 to 20 days to reach your country and clear customs. From there your local postal system finishes the delivery. We cannot ship to France, Germany, Greece and Mexico, as those countries do not allow shipments of herbal preparations from a company. (You can mail your order to a friend within INDIA who can forward your order as a personal gift.) Spain does not allow food items to be imported. We are not responsible for determining if our products can be shipped to your country.

4.Orders that are shipped to countries outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are always the responsibility of the recipient. We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates

Return Policy

1.You can return any item to us in its original packaging or in its original condition within a week to Ayurtree Herbals (Tapasvi Ayurveda India). Just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. 2.We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less shipping costs. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our company.
3.Upon receipt of your package with the item in it, we will initiate the refund process. Depending on the value of the item and the payment option used to pay for the order in the first place, we will do the refunds.
4. Customers who are found to be in bad standing due to fraudulent activity or due to excessive refund requests and other such behavior will be deemed as a breach of the Terms & Conditions and will not be eligible for any refund.

6.Please check with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected from your country. In some countries, 3-4 % taxes are charged on delivery, which is rare but possible. There will be no Refund of shipping costs especially if the product is rejected and returned by customs or because of a failed delivery attempt and the package is returned. We will refund 50% of the actual cost and deduct shipping and handling charges which are minimum $30.00 (for all countries) for small packages. We will refund this after getting our product through a reliable courier. We can also provide the coupon of same value , so that you can buy any other product of the same value plus shipping.
