CSB Education & Skill is a start-up by the youth, for the youth. We have a vision to create a positive impact on the society by empowering the youth of today through employment. We aim to fulfill our mission by imparting education and skill training to the youth and making them gainfully employed in the industry. We are also involved in providing employment opportunities to the youth in various industries, through our industry tie-ups. Finally, we are also engaged in providing vocational training to schools in various fields, including entrepreneurship development, accounting.

Under our training initiative, we have tied up with IL&FS Skills Development Corporation, a NSDC partnership, to impart training and education. We have programs in the financial services, engineering, food & beverage, logistics industries, and many more. All of our training programs are placement linked, i.e., every student who successfully completes our training program gets a placement.

We have also tied up with various companies in Delhi-NCR areas to provide placements to students. We shortlist candidates, assess them, and help them get a job in the industry of their choice. For placements, we have tie-ups with companies in the travel, financial and auto industry, and we are consistently working on getting more companies on board with us.

While our project for vocational training in schools is still in infancy, we have prepared modules to impart skill building training to school children, much like the European style of schooling. We will be rendering knowledge in entrepreneurship development, accounting and personality development.
