Terms & Condition
1. We do not generate Aadhaar Number or make corrections/ changes in your Aadhaar data. We only print your Aadhaar data on a convenient form.

2. Cards are printed from PDF file(e-Aadhaar) generated from UIDAI portal.All the information printed on PVC card shall be same as that on PDF (e-Aadhaar). The print quality is depended on e-aadhaar file.

3. The order should be placed by uploading E-Aadhaar PDF only (downloaded from www.eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in) or with enrolment details only. In case scanned picture of aadhaar is uploaded, your order will be rejected. No refund shall be made in this case.

4. The order for Aadhaar PVC Card should be placed here via Enrolment ID only if your Aadhaar number has been generated. No refund shall be made if your Aadhaar is not generated.

5. We normally dispatch the product within 7 working days of receipt of your order. There can be some delay if details provided are incorrect / incomplete or there is an issue with UIDAI server.
6. Orders are shipped to address given by you at the time of placing the order. It is your responsibility to ensure correctness and completeness of address.

+91-9759594440 (Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM). Please quote your Order Number for any communication.

8. All shipments will be sent via service selected by you. However, in case the shipping agency denies service in any case, we will ship it through alternative method.

9.There can be few cases where printing of PVC card may not be possible. For eg: Case where e-Aadhaar is in two pages. In such a case full amount shall be refunded.

10. Any complain related to incorrect / poor quality printing of card shall be entertained only within 5 days of delivery of the material to the customer. Refund (if any) will be made after deduction of Rs.10/- per card as processing charges (except for case as in point No.9)
