M.E.S (Muslim Educational Society) founded in 1964 is one of the most outstanding corporate educational agencies in the state of Kerala. Nine other first grade colleges and one Engineering College run by the M.E.S are affiliated to Calicut & Mahatma Gandhi Universities. MES College, Erumely is the first unaided degree college under the Muslim Educational Society.
