Ltd has Sujesh Sathyan as Managing Director who has been spearheading several large scale residential projects in Kerala for the past seventeen years, townships in Cochin, Trivandrum etc to name just a few. The other Directors on Board are M.A Joseph who has more than 25 years experience in civil construction & has been an integral part of many successfully completed project in India & abroad. Bindu Mohan as Director (Operations) brings to the table more than 20 years of experience in legal and liaisoning & also has been the regional head for a leading real estate company. The Director of Technical Department, Sunny Kuriakose has more than forty eight years of expertise in constructing major projects which include thermal power projects, fertilizer projects, atomic power projects and township projects in Libya. Our other energetic and highly motivated members include our Principal Consultants Venkataraman M V , A Ajith & Chandy Joseph as Chief Technical Officer bring in vast and varied experience in different areas of civil engineering projects for over four decades.
