Cochin Consultancy & Management Services Ltd., known by the abbreviation CCMS Ltd, formerly known as Chemmanur Consultancy & Management Services Limited was originally promoted by the Chemmanur International Group as one of the companies in the Chemmanur International Group. The company was incorporated on 26.06.2012 as a private limited company with its corporate office at Kozhikkode. Later, the registered office was shifted to Thrissur for operational convenience. The promoters thought to diversify the activities of this company and to empower the company to take up Top Level Consultancy job and marketing of different products and services of various companies and decided to form a different entity outside Chemmanur Group. They have purchased complete stake from Chemmanur Group to form a world Class Financial and Marketing Consultancy firm. Accordingly, the present management, where couple of them were part of senior officers of the CCIL , took over the company followed by its conversion into a public Limited company and shifted its registered office from Thrissur to Ernakulam. Today CCMS is functioning as a full fledged independent Financial and Marketing Consultancy organization, with more than 5000 active field force backed by state of the art back end team .
