To enhance the pace we embarked upon an ambitious project named ZIVA (Zest, Innovation, Vision, Ambition), to equip the youth with corporate skills, enthusiasm, clear vision, andoptimistic approach towards life and thereby join our hands together for the development and growth of our nation by alleviating the unemployment problem exist among the educated youth.

We found Kerala as the best place as it’s traditionally known for the high quality man power spread across the world. Still, unemployed youth kept swelling despite having a rich talent pool made us to devise ways to counter the scenario. Here the ZIVA comes to fill the gap by creating a labour market ready workforce.
