Booking

‘Booking’is your consent to block the item in your name and make a payment immediately on receipt of the invoice. We request you to be sure of the purchase before booking an item. Impulsive bookings and cancellations are against our interest and detrimental to the shopping community in general.


Cancellation and Refund

Impulsive bookings and cancellations are against our interest and detrimental to the shopping community in general.However, if you want to cancel your booking for an unforeseen reason, please do so on the same day of booking or max by the next day.

Cancellation after payment has been done will not be entertained.

Items once sold cannot be returned. In exceptional cases (Original damages to the fabric which slipped our catch), we will give you an exchange but not a refund of the amount.

Refunds from us(for any other exceptional reasons), will happen only via a NEFT transfer and can take up to 3 working days to be initiated.



Courier

We take the services of DTDC Courier to deliver your items. Your items will be delivered only through DTDC agents and no other courier services whatsoever.

Once payment received, we try to dispatch your items the next day itself. However in some cases, it may take up to 6-7 business days to dispatch your item.

There won’t be dispatches on Sundays and public holidays. We may dispatch on a Saturday based on convenience.

Once dispatched, it may take up to 3 – 4 days to reach your delivery destination.

If you don’t get delivery of your items even after 4 working days, please contact us immediately. We will provide you the tracking number with which you could contact the DTDC office nearest to your delivery location. It may have reached the office and on hold due to different reasons. We will also initiate an enquiry from our end.

In certain cases where your delivery address falls outside the home delivery boundaries defined by the courier company (Usually outside town limits), you may be required to collect your items directly from the courier office. Although it is beyond our control, if you inform us early, we could put a door delivery request for you. There may be extra charges applicable.



Photographs

We take extra effort to get you neat and true color photographs of the products for your easy selection. However certain colors may slightly vary originally.Also, laptops/monitors/handheld devices without proper display settings may slightly vary the color.
