I started baking and decorating cakes over 25 years back. Starting with minimal experience and limited number tools in the beginning, I today bake for any occasion according to themes or otherwise, according to the liking of my customers. I specialise on sugarcraft flowers especially for wedding cakes, though my style of work varies according to the theme provided.
I recently have also started making ceramic flowers using the same techniques as in sugarpaste flowers. These are far more durable for any sort of decorations. I do take orders for the same but please do provide me with a month (at the least) for such orders as it is a time consuming process.

I started out just about 2 years back with making my friend's birthday cake. Having found similar interests, I now have joined in with my mom-in-law, whose also the Head Baker at Celia & Co., to learn and perfect my skills.
