Serendip the anicent name for Sri Lanka, is a step towards integration and understanding. We - Serendip are bringing together.
By choosing to support us, you become part of an unique attempt for independent development. Products offered are handmade by Sri Lankan women with the background of displacement or from marginalised communities in rural South India. As a young social enterprise we aim to provide a market space for the women we partner with. The proceeds will fund entrepreneurial trainings to women core groups and educational institutions surrounding Chidambaram town in Tamil Nadu. This is an unique "give-back" initiative. To maintain this relationship of togetherness and mutual support in the history of war and destruction, Serendip tries to find new ways for long term development support and to say “Thank You” to Indian communities.
