About Ayaam-An Institute of Spoken English and Personality Development in The Brook and Woods House, Makkawala Village, Behind DIT University, Mussoorie Diversion Road, Dehra Dun

Ayaam was the brainchild of Prof Yogesh Kumar Chhibber who was a wonderfully excellent teacher of English. He was an institution in himself. I joined him as a colleague in this venture. Ayaam was an instant success. Initially we ran it at Dehradun Chowk in Saharanpur. Then we shifted to the Mission Compound. Ayaam became a landmark, a well known location in town. Our students were from all walks of life. They were engineers,doctors,advocates,bank officers,housewives , students from schools and colleges etc.
Now Ayaam runs its classes only during May and June at its Doon campus for residential students only.
