School can be defined as a place to learn. Schools can also be rated based on their teaching abilities. They are also ranked on the size of the student body and the staff. Most parents are concerned about their kids education. They try to send their children to higher ranked schools. Two qualities that parents tend to look for in a quality school are the student body and the teaching staff.
A good student body need proper learning tools. These tools could be appropriate textbooks, computers or workbooks. Some schools that I have attended in the past had out of date and torn up books. They are not in any condition to help a child learn. Computers should be working and up to date. Teachers must have the appropriate tools to aid the students in their education. Without the appropriate equipment and tools, teachers fail to do their job, and in turn, the student body fails to learn correctly.
As for the teaching staff, they must be open to parents and students alike. They must not show favoritism. Again, in some of my old schools, the teachers were there basically for a check and not to teach us. This is an example of a poor teaching staff. Teachers and principles both must be willing and eager to aid in the students education. They should be open eyed and willing to assist a struggling student at any time. A good staff will never give up on a struggling student or turn their back on them. A proper staff must be supportive, loving, understanding, and of course, well educated their selves.
These are things that good schools need to make their educational services better. Without these, a school will not be all they could be and parents will be very unhappy. Also, the staff and the students will be unhappy. In order to have a learning environment, these elements are essential.
