VCSM is named after the former freedom fighter and Ex member parliament Mrs Vidhyawati Chaturvedi, she has always believed in empowerment of our nation and she knew Education is the stepping stone in order to empower ourselves, hence she has dream t that education should be accessible to everyone while staying in touch with our grounds and culture.
VCSM is a part of Priyavrat Mahila Utthan Samiti. which is one of the respected and trusted organisation.
since 1995 we have been working into various villages, town, and cities for the betterment of of children, women and poor in terms of providing Education. Employment etc.
VCSM is a hidden gem among Indian Colleges, with a reputation for friendliness and informality. It offers a stimulating intellectual environment not only through its excellent teaching but also through the support it gives to the arts, music and sport. The College promotes scholarship and enjoyment of the university experience by offering a range of bursaries, scholarships and opportunities to engage in the varied activities associated with College life.

We admit about 200 undergraduates and about 100 graduates a year, across all subjects studied in the University, with roughly equal numbers of arts and science students. We welcome applicants from all types of school and college, and considerable care is taken to ensure that each is considered for admission as an individual on their own merits. There is therefore a healthy mixture of students of all ages and from a wide variety of national and international backgrounds, VCSM also has various active Fellows between them encompassing a wide range of expertise and specialist knowledge. They provide the basis for the academic supervision and support we offer, and thus contribute to the strong examination results achieved by our students.
VCSM is a thriving community. Our Fellows and staff enjoy every opportunity to support and share in the academic and recreational interests of all our students throughout the year.
